Short Review: I used to feel that leading a tech team is different from general leadership. But as I get more and more into leading larger teams, I felt the core values of leaders are mostly the same. Navy/Forces are known for leading teams and motivation so I thought to pick this book. Written by a Retired Navy SEAL Officer Jocko Willink. A must-read for those who are confused about leadership basic skills.
